Changed your mind or your schedule has changed?
If you wish to change the time of your lesson, please contact your ski school or instructor through your SkiBro account. You can find their contact details on your confirmation and also use the chat option available.
If the school or instructor is available and able to accommodate the change, they will of course accommodate this for you.
However, if you've booked a group ski or snowboarding lesson, the lesson times are fixed and cannot be changed. But, if available and authorised by the school, you may be able to switch from AM to PM lessons, for example.
Please note that some schools and instructors may have a price difference for lesson time changes. For instance, morning lessons are often priced differently from afternoon lessons.
For the most accurate information and available options, it's best to contact your provider as soon as possible.
It's important to note that once lessons are confirmed, if your provider cannot accommodate a change, your original lessons are still subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
