Can I get a refund if I am ill or injured?

Unfortunately this is outside of our cancellation policy. In the event that your are ill or injured, we suggest you contact your provider as soon as possible to discuss the situation with them.
They are extremely understanding and should be able to help resolve the matter.

With proof (medical note), you will be entitled to claim back the cost of your booking from your insurance company (depending on your policy).
