- Profile Creation and Activation:
- Sign Up: Create your profile on the SkiBro Provider Portal, providing detailed information about your services.
- Activation: Once your profile is complete, the SkiBro team will review and activate it, making you visible to potential clients.
- Client Interaction:
- Booking Requests: Clients can view your profile, select available dates and time slots, and send booking requests directly through the SkiBro platform.
- Notifications: You’ll receive an email notification for each booking request.
- Response Time: It's important to respond within 48 hours by choosing to Accept, Decline, or Offer an Amendment to the proposed booking.
- Booking Confirmation and Payment:
- Acceptance: Upon accepting a booking, the reservation is confirmed.
- Client Payment: SkiBro handles the payment process, collecting fees directly from the client.
- Instructor/School Payment: Payments are paid to instructors and schools each Tuesday following the completion of the lesson, with the lesson fee minus a commission.
