My original lesson request has not been confirmed. What is an amendment offer?
Many SkiBro providers operate on a request-to-book basis. This means that when you complete your booking, the lessons are not confirmed until the ski school or instructor has accepted the booking.
During busy periods, availability can change rapidly. If your chosen provider cannot accommodate your original lesson request, you may receive an amendment offer. This offer will reflect their most up-to-date availability, which they believe is closest to your original request.
Amendments may also be offered if there has been a change to the school's product that they may not have updated. All offers reflect the provider's up-to-date details and availability.
To accept your amendment, you will need to log in or create your SkiBro account. Once logged in, you can review the offer and take the necessary action to accept it.
