If your selected provider (ski school/instructor) has accepted your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation differs from the initial booking request email you received upon checkout.
For providers with an instant book option enabled, your booking will be confirmed immediately upon checkout.
In all emails from SkiBro, you will find a 'status' section that provides information on whether your booking is a request or confirmed. You can also check the status in your account section online.
