I’ve lost my password – what should I do?

If you’ve lost your password, follow these simple steps to reset it:

1. Go to the SkiBro Portal for the ski schools or the smartphone application 'Glide Guide' for the instructors / guides.
2. Click on “Forgot Password”
3. Check Your Email: You’ll receive an email with a reset code. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
4. Enter the Code: Return to https://provider.skibro.net/  or https://instructors.skibro.net/ if you're an instructor and enter the code you received, and create a new password.
5. Log In: Use your new password to log back into the SkiBro Portal.
