The money has been taken from my account but my request is still not confirmed by the provider.
Payment is taken and held when you select the 'pay now' option at checkout.
Providers will receive your request and will either accept it, offer an amended booking or decline the request.
If your lesson is declined by the ski school or provider your payment will be automatically released back to your account. Please allow up-to 10 days for the funds to show.
If you accept an amendment and there is a decrease in the lesson cost, the system will only charge you the lesser amount and release the difference back to your account. This adjustment will not be displayed as a refund. Instead, you will only see the correct amount deducted from your account.
If you accept an amendment and there is a price increase, the system will charge the correct, higher amount.
All of our transactions are facilitated by the payment service, Stripe who have the most stringent level of certification available for security and encryption.
