My lesson was cancelled due to bad weather.

Occasionally a resort will close due to bad weather. This is usually if high winds and snowstorms make the slopes and lifts unsafe for people to be on.

If your lesson was cancelled due to bad weather, depending on your insurance policy, your insurance may cover the cost of the booking.

If you have booked a private lesson, please speak to your instructor or school who may be able to reschedule the lesson for another day. Any refund will be at the discretion of your provider.

Unfortunately, if you decide to cancel the lesson yourself due to bad weather, you will not be entitled to a refund. We understand that facing challenging weather conditions can be daunting. However, we encourage you to proceed with your instructor as they can help boost your confidence in such situations.
