Occasionally a resort will close due to bad weather. This is usually if high winds and snowstorms make the slopes and lifts unsafe for people to be on.
If your lesson was cancelled due to bad weather, depending on your insurance policy, your insurance may cover the cost of the booking.
It's crucial to communicate directly with your provider. If possible, they will usually offer to reschedule the lesson for another day, based on availability. Any refund will be at the discretion of your provider.
Unfortunately, if you decide to cancel the lesson yourself due to bad weather, you will not be entitled to a refund. We understand that facing challenging weather conditions can be daunting.
