Upon booking, you'll receive an email from SkiBro containing your SkiSet confirmation details. The confirmation will include a QR code, which you'll need to present at the ski hire shop. Please be aware that the QR code is typically activated one week prior to the start of your equipment hire. It's important to check that the QR code is working correctly before collecting your equipment.
If the QR code is not functioning properly, please contact SkiBro customer services, who will provide you with a digital voucher instead.
At the ski hire shop, you'll need to present either the QR code or the digital voucher, along with a credit card for equipment deposit. No money will be charged unless the equipment is lost or damaged.
The staff at the SkiSet shop will discuss insurance options with you, which you can choose to take directly at the shop. We recommend considering the insurance for added coverage.
Please note that some shops are SkiSet franchises and may be unfamiliar with this process. If you encounter any issues while collecting your equipment, please don't hesitate to contact the SkiBro customer service team for assistance.
If you have your own boots, be sure to bring them when collecting just skis or boards. This ensures that the staff can properly set up the equipment to fit your boots correctly.
