When you book with SkiBro, your lessons are not secured until the provider accepts your booking request.
We ask that a provider responds to any booking requests within 48 hours. Sometimes, for varying reasons, a provider may take a little longer to accept a booking, especially in busy holiday periods.
If your booking request has not been accepted within 48 hours, there's no need to worry. We will follow up with the provider on your behalf. Rest assured, we'll do our best to finalise your booking as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that requests made after office hours, for bookings the following day will not receive confirmation until the following day. Last-minute bookings are more likely to be subject to decline, so it's advisable to book in advance to secure your space.
