Can I cancel my booking?

Need to cancel?

All cancellations can be conveniently processed through your SkiBro Account. Here, you'll have access to your provider's cancellation policy details and understand any applicable refund amounts.

If you've purchased valid travel insurance, you may typically be eligible to claim any lost amounts through them. If you require any additional documentation we will be happy to provide this.

Understanding the reason for your cancellation can also assist us in improving our services. If you could share the reason with us, we can continue to ensure we are meeting our customers expectations.

If you decide to cancel, you will receive an email confirmation, and so will your provider, to remove your lesson from their schedule. Any applicable refund will be processed automatically.
