- Are you using the same password you used to create your booking?
- Did you enter the email address correctly?
- Have you already created an account? If not, you'll need to create one first. A booking request does not mean you have already created a SkiBro account. Check out our FAQ: "Creating Your SkiBro Account."
- Do not allow the autofill - please fill out all your details, including your email address. (Try in an incognito window.)
