What is a booking request? I've booked, are my lessons secured?
Many SkiBro providers operate on a request to book basis. When you complete your booking, the lessons are not confirmed until the ski school or instructor has accepted the booking.
You will receive a confirmation email stating when a booking this has been accepted. This confirmation differs from the initial booking request email you received upon checkout.
For providers with an instant book option enabled, your booking will be confirmed immediately upon checkout.
