Can I cancel and get a refund?
Group lessons offer numerous benefits, including competitive pricing and the opportunity to ski in a social setting.
However, it's important to understand that you'll be skiing with others at a similar skill level. This means you might find yourself as one of the strongest skiers in the group, or you might feel less confident and struggle to keep up.
One common reason for wanting to cancel group lessons is the feeling of not learning or progressing adequately. If you experience this, it's crucial to communicate with your instructor promptly. They can help address your concerns by potentially adjusting your group placement or help you understand better your developmental areas.
Our instructors are on the mountain daily throughout the winter season and are qualified to ensure you're placed in the most suitable group based on your abilities.
If you're still dissatisfied, we recommend reaching out to the reception staff at the ski school for further assistance.
Please be aware that if the instructor and school consider the lesson to be suitable, and if your reason for cancellation is a personal choice, refunds for unused lessons will not be provided. Likewise, if you're unable to complete booked lessons due to leaving the resort early, refunds for unused days will not be issued, in line with our cancellation policies.
In some cases, if feasible (subject to availability, especially during busy weeks), the ski school may offer the option to convert the remaining days into a credit that can be used toward a private lesson. However, private lessons are typically more expensive, so you may need to pay an additional amount to cover the cost difference. Please be aware that it's not possible to exchange group lessons for private lessons.
