Is your booking still awaiting? what does this mean?

SkiBro operates on a request to book basis. When you make a booking with SkiBro your request is sent to your chosen ski school or instructor.

When they receive your request, they will then accept, decline or offer an amendment to your lesson.

We ask all of our providers to respond to your requests within 24 hours. If they don't respond, please be assured we will automatically chase them to get your lessons confirmed as soon as possible. 

The steps are as follows:

  1. Booking requested & sent to provider 

  2. Provider actions booking - either accepting, offering an amendment or declining 

  3. Email will be sent to update you on the booking status
