Why was my lesson request declined?

Occasionally, a school may be unable to fulfil a lesson request and has to decline your booking request.

This can occur for various reasons, such as lessons being fully booked, particularly during busy holiday periods when lesson availability changes rapidly.

If a school has declined a booking, occasionally they will be able to offer you an alternative solution, in the form of an Amendment offer. This offer will reflect their most up-to-date availability, which they believe is closest to your original request.

If your booking is declined, the held funds will be automatically released back to your account. The time it takes for this to appear depends on your bank's processing time, but it's typically quite quick!
